You Want Me to Eat What?

My daughter and I couldn't let April Fool's Day 

go by without doing something goofy.

We decided to create some Fool-the-Eye cupcakes

especially for her co-workers.

Working off her Italian heritage made the choice of

what to do easy.  

Spaghetti and Meatballs anyone?

Her co-workers might be doing a double take

until they realize this is a platter of cupcakes

with frosting spaghetti and strawberry sauce.

And what is spaghetti without a meatball.

How about using a

Ferrero Rocher chocolate?

Sprinkle the whole serving with a little

Parmesan cheese.  No,

let's use some white chocolate instead,

much better.

This may not be served in our favorite Italian restaurant,

but it sure made the perfect April Fool's Day treat.
